stuck animation, no movement

I am having problems with my animation of my character. I don't know if this related from adult mod I installed or normal. Though I believe its normal mod since it effects the character on the character creation screen. The arms are stiff and out and no animation or movement.

Have you tried running FNIS and check if it catches any problems or errors? The T position only happens with me in game and only if i removed a mod and forgot to run FNIS again.also check your version of race menu is ok with the rest of your mods.apart from that i have no idea.

Yeah I did all that. I might have to go through them one by in to see which one is doing it.

I think I found the problem.

 

Under loot, ragdoll says, "Ragdolls will conflict with other mods that change the skeleton.nif. Check Custom Skeleton Replacers for compatibly with other skeleton.nif."

 

and my racemenu says, "RaceMenuPlugin is optional and provides support to alter Height, Breast, Glute and Biceps. If you experience issues with it, disable RaceMenuPlugin.esp and inform the author."

sometimes the ragdoll mod works with others as a requirement but i hope you find the problem.

Ahh the T Pose how fun! Are all characters consistently in this pose when moving, fighting, in Sexlab Scenes etc?(In otherwords no matter what the hell they're doing it involves a T-pose) If so I can tell you your problem most likely has to be related to these mods:Fores New Idles in Skyrim - FNIS, XP32 Maximum Skeleton. 

 

Try Reinstalling XP32 Maximum Skeleton, overwrite anything it asks. Then go to Generate FNIS for users and make sure "Gender Specific Animations" and "Skeleton Arm Fix" boxes are both ticked, then Update FNIS Behavior, watch for warnings and download any relevant patches. Then launch your game through SKSE of course and test it out once more.
