Recovering Load Order from Active Game?

Hello.  This is a -very- strange query, but I'm rather desperate and need help.

Today, while playing skyrim, I absent-mindedly unlocked MO.  I then must have pressed a hotkey or something, because all my mods were immediately unselected.

Of course, did away with my Load Order, as well.

Skyrim, with the old Load Order, is still open.

Is there any way to recover my Load Order from the open game?  I feel like it must be stored somewhere if the game is still running.

there is no way that i know about, but check your profiles maybe you just swap by mistake?

This might be a little late, but if all you need to do is see the order in which your active plugins are loaded, you can use Save Game Script Cleaner by Hadoram on Nexus.  Within that program you can open your most recent save and click on the Plugins drop menu (it will say Skyrim.esm)  and it will show all of your active plugins in order.  Now I don't use MO so I don't know if it does anything special with load orders that the Save Tool won't recognize, but it might be worth trying out.
