Need instructions on how to make Custom Race

I want to use my Race Menu head mesh from Skyrim, could someone please explain how to make this work with a custom race for Skyrim Special Edition.

Is this just about the mesh? Then you can use Unique Character.

i have do what you want i make my char as palyable race

you need download any playbale race follower from download section then replace mesh (race) with your mesh ( just copy mesh and rename with same name)

and you need copy head from racmenu export mesh to the normal head.nif in the custom race and do the same with eyes, and brows and mouth

and at the ( open exporthead.nif with nifskope the select head part , they eye, bow, hair...; the right click copy) the open the head.nif from the race folder select the head in list the click righ past over )
