I want nude creatures without the SexLab component

What I'm trying to do is to just import the textures and meshes of some of the creatures found in MNC into my game, such as the Troll, but I don't want to have to install the SexLab framework on this particular profile of my game.  

I use MO. What's the best way to go about this? I've tried just going through and hiding everything but the meshes and textures that I want, and it seems to work except for with gargoyles, who end up with purple penis meshes. Is there any simple way to do what I'm trying to do?
