[Request] Sims 3 script to set bust/breast/breastscale sliders to within a range of values for newly generated sims

Right now one of the things that i really dislike about sims 3 is that any randomly generated sims would have 0 bust size. I was wondering how difficult it would be to create a mod that allows you to set newly made sims have breast values within a range that is configurable by you

I know there is a landslide mod that allows you to set all sims at a specific point of time a new slider value, however im looking for something that wont change the sims that all ready had their slider values set once by the landslide mod
