Constant CTDs w very large loadorder

I have spent a great deal of time picking mods to use to breath more life into Skyrim I ended up exceeding the plugin limit so I merged mods used for racemenu and I second seperate merge of all my landscape mods, I am fairly sure the only script heavy mod I have is Frostfall I think most of my other mods use light scripts, just about all my texture mods are 1K I avoided 2K to conserve memory.

Im not sure wether I overdid it with the mods or if certain mods in my huge load order are causing this, but I started a fresh save w this setup it becomes apparent within minutes of starting the game that its unstable since I get random fps drops and tend to CTD when walking around exteriors or going through load doors, I do have sheshon's memory patch and ENBoost setup correctly but even that doesnt seem to be enough so without further ado, my load order, Id like help figuring out what could be crashing my game if theres anything I should cut out from my load order

I haven't looked at your load order but I am presuming you use LOOT;  one shouldn't even *think* of modding a large load order without running LOOT (actually, one should always use LOOT anyway).

I also presume you have run *every* one of your plugins (except skyrim.esm) through TES5Edit to make sure that a) they are clean and B) the masters are in the correct sort order in each.  And I also presume you use Wryebash to create a bashed patch?

Did you run your texture mods through a texture compressor/corrector like DDOpt or Texture Compress and Check?  If not, you should do so.

Use ModOrganizer to help control your load order and your mod priorities.  You may very well already do so.

And, finally, consider using Crash Fixes instead of Sheson's memory patch.  In my experience, coupled with the smart modding steps I've outlined, the result is superior.  My game has 248 plugins, including many merged, and although I still have the occasional "out of memory" message my game can safely be called "stable".  I save often.  I don't use Frostfall but I do use Genesis, ASIS, and DynDoLOD.  Together with Sexlab and associated fun mods, including Devious Cursed Loot, my game has every excuse to crash frequently, but it doesn't.

Good luck and I hope these thoughts help.

I think these mods can be either merged or imported into the bashed patch.  Did you also sorted your loadorder in LOOT?

If not then run LOOT and sort out any error that LOOT has a remark for of a mod.

I do all of those except running every plugin through TES5Edit and using texture compressors. If I am using Sheson's memory patch and Crash Fixes will those conflict with each other?

I assume SKSE.ini should be setup like this

[General]

EnableDiagnostics=1

ClearInvalidRegistrations=1

[Display]

iTintTextureResolution=2048

[Memory]

defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768

scrapHeapSizeMB=256

Crash Fixes does not conflict with Sheson's memory patch, it replaces it.  Check the readme and front page of Crash Fix to get the idea.  For me it took some tweaking and adjusting of both my enblocal.ini memory settings and the custommemoryblock size in Crashfixplugin.ini, but the result is a degree of stability I haven't had before.

I reduced my ram load from 3100 ghz average to about 2700ghz average by running a texture compressor program on my mods.  That helped stability greatly.

Using Wryebash to examine my load order was important to me;  I found that about 25% of my previously cleaned plugins had out of order masters, not fatal to loading the game but harmful to later game stability.  I clean *every* plugin I add to my load order in TES5Edit.  I also build a TES5Edit Merged Patch before every new game is started.

And in my opinion cleaning masters and plugins in TES5Edit is critically important.  With a large load order it can take a long time to accomplish, and one should do it on every plugin that is added to the order, particularly updates.  There is one particular interesting mod on this site that contains both ITMs and UDRs and a *bunch* of errors, none of which the author has shown any interest in cleaning ("I don't know how" was his response when the errors were pointed out to him).  Dirty edits will always harm one's save game and many will result ultimately in CTDs, at least that's been my experience.  That mod, because it remains dirty, remains out of my load order although I'd love to add it.  Ah well.

Your SKSE.ini settings are, AFAIK, correct, but with CrashFixes the [Memory] settings become irrelevant.  Actually, extraneous would probably be a better term.

I just looked at your load order;  you are running many of the same mods I am, but your order is very, very different.  Several things leapt out at me;  among them the bashed patch should be last, Dyndolod should be immediately above it, alternate start should be just above that.  Run LOOT on a new game and the sort will no doubt be different.  As an example, here are the last eight entries in my load order:

Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp

Alternate State - New Beginnings.esp

TVDT REMOVED.esp

DynDOLOD.esp

ASIS-Dependency.esp

ASIS.esp

Bashed Patch, 0.esp

If it matters, I'm running an Intel i7-5960X at 4800 mhz on an ASUS X99 Deluxe with Windows 10 and 32gb of DDR4 ram.  The video card is an nVidia GTX-980 with 4ghz of vram.  On Windows 10 vram over 4ghz is wasted anyhow.  I'm anxiously awaiting Skyrim Remastered and hope that SKSE is quickly updated for it.

Hope this helps.

It seems the random large fps drops lessen significantly after deactivating Populated Cities Towns Villages Legenday Edition, Immersive Creatures, and Immersive Patrols, all 3 of these mods add additional NPCs, can I safely put multiple mods like these or do mods that populate skyrim with more NPCs really push the limit of what the engine is capable of and not that great for a stable long-term save?

 1st thing use Skyrim in 32 bit do this by right clicking on SKSE on on desk top properties navitgate to run in xp 32 mode always run in Admin mode . 2nd are you running ( Skyrim hd - 2k textures -complete full ) if so uninstall untick but dont delete , then go to Steam data make sure hd unticked it down loads when you in stall Skyrim , Skyrim HD will cause many of your CTD's , think about it have you down loaded many 1k 2k 4k texture mods , Examples of CTD's going through doors some of these are loading screens , will corrupt saves, leave you looking at a black screen or just CTD to desk top , Causes mesh nav  ctd's all sorts of CTD's where you can can not pin point what the problems is . A temp fix as some of these loadscreens are buggy ,Go to consoul type in tfc or tcl ,This will stop collison ,go through door you will see blue go back then press E to enter door once other sdie consoul tcl to add collison back on  . If you go to Whiterun game starts running slow this is sometime caused by two HD's running at the same time Skyrim does not know which to load if you are running EMB or purity , JK Skyrim or other mods , these mods are all HD . Could be xxx action go in to sexlabs reset all animations including Zaz if you are using it . Down load from Nexus Merge plugins run from desktop not in skyrim , this can tell you which mod is dependent on other mods you dont have to merge mods .
