This is a player home and "dorm" for you and your followers or (Manipulator) harem, situated near the Rotating Pylons. "Studly Farm" is actually a misnomer, as there is no farm; it just sounded better to me, so I went with it.

 

Based on Honningbrew Meadery, the layout is very simple, so finding NPCs will be easier than in most houses. The rooms have been kept the same, but the stairway to the basement has been replaced by a pool (the basement is accessed via a trapdoor by the bar).

 

The house comes with a live-in Nord male caretaker (potential follower, marryable), who has his own bed, and looks after the house and outside garden. Aside from the player bed (which may be shared with any NPC who belongs to PlayerBedOwnership faction, as the Manipulator harem favorite does), there are nine beds for followers/harem - thus if you split your followers into day and night sleep schedules, you can house up to 20 (18 in two shifts in the single beds, plus up to 2 sharing the player bed).

 

There is storage scattered round the house, the basement has almost all crafting stations, and the bar is well stocked. But overall, the design is "function over looks", while still trying to keep the place attractive.

 

The mod was designed to be used with The Great Forest of Whiterun Hold, and Skyrim Summer Overhaul, but neither is required. (Snaps show the house with both these mods installed.)

 

Slave Cell Addon
Added in 1.2, this optional add-on gives you a second basement with a large cell for 4 (or more?) slaves, some punishment furniture and a chest with a few restraints. This addon requires the latest Zaz.

Yet another excellent piece of work, which is what I expected since its yours.  

 

Any thoughts of adding some kind of NPC Master / Player Slave quest content for the slave cell to utilize the facilities you've provided?  I felt a bit silly using them myself - looked cool, but I couldn't help wishing it could somehow be something done TO my character, rather than done BY my character.

 

Maybe an option to set an NPC as the Dom / Master in Studly Farm's slave cell set up, or perhaps even in Manipulator for general use whereever?  I dunno, just tossing ideas out with absolutely no idea how hard any of it would be to create.  But I figure no harm in asking, and just maybe it'll inspire you.

So, not because I don't want to, but, "not at this time".  :-|

I have another recommendation that you coul add instead of the manipulator mod. It's called "RDO" (relationship dialogue overhaul) and it adds also a feature where you cn set someones relationship level and making them follower or marryable. It may use the system but i think it's a bit safer to use.

 

edit: Also mod looks pretty cool. I used slaveway manor before but since it was a mod created for someones own use it wasn't exactly as polished as yours. He used the wrong load doors for example so it was kinsa awkward to get into buildings.

 

I do hope it works with tara's 8.0 zaz though.
