I think it might, its been a while, but I know sexout tryout by loogie definitely has approaches based off factions. They don't attck you though, they just run up to you and ask for sex, though the evil faction don't accept no, and the player is forced into a scene. Sex Assault also differs from unethical deeds with its stalker mechanic, item theft, defense thresholds and such. Also, If you have drugs installed, attackers will also drug you.
