It's insane that the one child related function in Skyrim hasn't been linked to sex yet... I just think that it would be another great way to integrate sex into the game. Anyway maybe post ideas or if there is a mod already doing something like this give it a shout out

If you're asking about being pregnant and having children Hearthfire-compatible (playing games, gifts ...) try to see with pregnancy mods (like BeingFemale). I do not use any but it allows you to birth children, perhaps hearthfire-compatible.
