Installing mods

Ok so it seems like installing mods is a bit different for Fallout 4 than Skyrim. Non of my mods are showing up except for my hair. My CCBE body isn't showing up and none of the clothing. I am using NMM to install it... I installed them, Hit loot and and nothing is wrong. So I am a bit confused. :/

 

Edit: It has seem  that after FF4 closed on it own, it no longer opens with all mods turned off.

Did you make sure to add the following to Fallout4Custom.ini (If you don't have one, make one)

[Archive]
sResourceDataDirsFinal=    
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

And the following to Fallout4pref.ini (Although I'm not 100% sure if this is needed anymore)
[Launcher]
bEnableFileSelection=1

Its also a good idea to make the plugins.txt not read only so NMM can sort out the load order and activate the mods. If i recall 1.5 introduced the plugins in such a way they get loaded with an asterisk first, eg *Armorkeywords.esm
So its a good idea to let NMM sort that out and do it for you, just disable all your plugins and re-enable them
