Player freeze

Got a question sometime my player freeze for about 5 to 6 sec went using spells see screenshot I have the most update FINS has anyone else had this problem

The "T" pose can happen when changing animations.  Usually it is only visible if there is a delay, like when papyrus is lagging.  I saw this with the first iterations of FNIS sexy move - you would see it for an instant, then the correct idle/animation would play (later versions correct the problem, as did using enboost and other memory helpers).  Basically, if everything is always "T" posed, it is from not running FNIS Generator (or getting errors and not correcting them in the Generator).  If the problem is intermittent (and usually just the PC exhibiting it), then it's probably papyrus is getting bogged down with crap (badly scripted mods, papyrus errors from removed mods, etc).  Might be time to clean the saves.  If you start a new character, does this occur?

 

EDIT - Also, if the expected idle/animation is missing, this can cause the "T" pose as well.
