Sexout Idles

I am just wondering if it would be possible to make a mod which used Sexout framework to allow the PC to, when idling in a crowded place, work some tips from NPCs. I remember having some mods from Oblivion which allowed an idling character to gain experience, or entertain NPCs, just wondering of NVSE has the ability to do something similar.
