Can't brawl until after having sex with target

EDIT: Go ahead and close this.  Testing with another new game shows that, at least at the very start of gameplay, the issue doesn't yet exist.  The problem is baked into my current save.  Thanks to all that took the time to read my original post.

 

Correction to the title/issue - the brawl quest doesn't start until the PC and NPC begin to pair up for sex animation.  The only way I know that is that nearby NPC's begin the heckling dialog they do during brawl events.

 

 

I'm having a strange issue with brawling.  Brawl dialog seems to instantly take the losing path (lose 100g, no brawl), but that isn't the case.  It turns out that after the brawl diaglog, I have to initiate and complete a sex act with the target somehow, then the brawl starts afterwards.  At first I thought it was Sexlab Solutions trumping the quest, but removing that mod didn't change the behavior.

 

The Dibella Defender and Dibella collection quests are both active on my character.  Not a vampire, werewolf or custom race.  Succubus is active via PSQ, but issue existed before I activated that (Succubus was active via Hormones quest before, however).

The ++ items are merged into the bashed patch.  The gaps in the load order are empty spacers (empty mods created with Wrye Bash) as loadorder placeholders when I removed a mod in the past.  My current playthrough was started with this exact load order, except I added the PSQ mod after I realized I forgot to include it at the beginning (SLHormones triggered Succubus flag).

 

The "unbashed" patch listed is a custom override patch, similar to bashed patch, that I created in TES5Edit to deal with minor mod conflicts that the bashed patch didn't include/support (filter conflict losers in TES5Edit).  I tried a brawl without the unbashed patch as well, but no change.  Either it's baked into my save or something else is causing this.

 

I'm just hoping someone can take a look at my load order and maybe recognize a mod that has a known issue with brawling?
