Conflicting mods? CTD

Hmm I'm having a ctd whenever I'm trying to load up. And when I do load up I'm having a glitch where the textures become light purple, and black patches. I think it's a mod conflict since I have a lot, but I don't know which ones. Any ideas?

You have a problem with Maria Eden mod. You didn't install it properly and/or missing some mod dependencies. Recheck Maria Eden's OP and before you install the main mod, install all dependent/required mods first. So, uninstall ME and do all from the beginning.

Maria Lips and House of Burden is missing.

Street2 - Maria Eden can work without those two mods. They aren't hard core dependencies and aren't causing CTDing.

I played ME without those two mods and haven't had CTDs but it is good to have them installed.

Ok, you have a lot of other slavery mods that aren't compatible with ME, like xazPrisonOverhaul.esp, sanguinesDebauchery.esp, DeviousTraps.esp, Deviously Enslaved.esp ... and many other mods that aren't compatible with each other. Some of the mods using same slots and your textures problem comes out of mod's conflict. I would suggest you to uninstall all slavery mods and devious mods except Zaz. If you want to install some of those mods again, read carefully mod's OP and check their dependencies and conflict sections.

Another thing--If you are using LOOT, never open the mod/file selection screen in the Skyrim launcher. It will re-order your mods when you close it, screwing up everything LOOT did. If you did this, re-run LOOT.

Yes I'm using Loot, and since I use SKSE I never really have to deal mod/file selection

Bug

 

LOOT puts the mods plugins/master files in different locations on a user by user basis, so there is no 1 rule fits all where your list was sorted a certain way will not work for another persons list, it's simply the algorithms that LOOT uses when dealing with plugins, obviously some load orders will require manual tweaking to resolve conflicts and such but this is easily done with knowledge and/or Mator's tools

 

I actually did not know that opening the Skyrim Launcher plugin list reshuffled all your mods around, thanks for that information.

Yeah, I was aware of that, but I wasn't expecting such wildly different load-orders. I've been looking at other peoples load-orders in various threads, and indeed, there seems to be no logical sense to the stuff I'm seeing.

 

Sometimes I feel like the Sorcerer's Apprentice--Just when I think I got this stuff figured out, all my brooms start dancing around.

I named several mods in one of my earlier posts that are in conflict. if you uninstalled only ME, that didn't solved your problem. I suggested you to uninstall all those mods and if you want to play them start to install one by one until you find the mod that is causing CTDing.
