All of the basics you are asking about are mostly at the nexus.

Body replacers such as HGEC: http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=34442

or if you like several bodies you can use a Setbody mod which allows multiple body types, which you can change in game: http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=39966

Skeleton to use is growlf's universal skeleton (use the controllable version): http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=37596

Then you need to decide what if any beauty mods you want. There is MBP, Xeo, hotter younger npc's and many others both here and at the nexus.

If you like a girl with larger assets you can look into the DMRA body type; my personal favorite.

There are several sexy armors that go along with HGEC bodies; more than any other.

Quite a few have been converted into DMRA, and are still being done so now by some awesome modders :)

There are also several stock armor and clothing replaces on nexus forums that are more appealing.

Don't do ANYTHING with the bsa files!!! The old methods used to extract them and that is now a no, no!

Remember that all mesh/texture/sound/ini/ folders go into your oblivion/data folder. All esm/esp files also go into your oblivion/data folder.

You will need to archive invalidate via bsa redirection after installing vanilla replacer mods (bodies, textures and the like).

Link on how to do so: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/Oblivion_Mods_FAQ#Archive_Invalidation'>http://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/Oblivion_Mods_FAQ#Archive_Invalidation

As for brushing up on installing mods give this a read: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/Oblivion_Mods_FAQ

good, the body replacer worked, but idk how to replace the skeletons, do i overwrite the existing data? sry for being so dependant, its because i dont want to mess the data, oh and I can ask for some tips on finding some face replacers or something that gives the girls more beautifull faces in the character creation screen?

Beautification mods can be found both here and at the nexus.

Links to some here:

Xeo: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=13

MBP: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=1602

As for installing the skeleton:

A good rule of thumb is to extract any compressed file to a temp folder to see the file structure. In the case of growlf's mod he has a data folder with subfolders meshes and textures. You will need to drag and drop the data folder directly into the oblivion folder and then say yes to the folder merges and overwrites.

This is answered in the last link I gave you on the Oblivion Mods Faq :)

Most mods have some issues with outdated versions of the game and expansion packs.

Make sure you get the official updates first from bethesda, any other updates needed are usually referenced by the MOD.

Heres one of the places to find the patches: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Patch

As for the skeletons, be VERY VERY careful with overwriting them; unfortunately every other MOD comes with their own skeleton they thinkis best and half of them will screw up your character. I suggest keeping a backup folder somewhere in your documents or desktop of your whole "characters" folder; it'll save you alot fo time if any mesh like an animation or skelton gets accidently replaced.
