I'm not sure what you're asking, although if it's a CTD issue, let's get a few obvious questions out of the way:

 

-Are you using NMM or MO? <-- ( If you're not using MO, I highly suggest you make the switch: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1334/? )

-Have you ran TES4Edit? <-- ( Do you use this? If not, http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/11536/? )

-Does BOSS give you any ERROR messages? <-- ( Do you use this? If not, https://boss-developers.github.io/ )

-Can you recall mod authors asking you to prioritize certain mods over others?

-Have you placed children .esp's under their respective parent .esp's / .esm's?

Also  I have no dirty edits everything is cleaned, no delinquents, and also I use both boss and tes4edit, yes everything should be ordered correctly just double checking.

Oblivion : Oblivion Modmanager or TESModmanager  and WyreBAsh  ! NEVER NMM !

 

My Load order is BOSS , except Lovers and Tamago Mods ( BOSS sorts them incorrectly) see also the Load order here http://www.loverslab.com/topic/4487-please-read-before-posting-here/  I only add more Lovers Mods and BOSS sorted other Mods.

 

Load order : I do not know or use some of your Mods but load order seems ok.

You still have Problems with your chidren ? Fix old/existing children is nearly impossible ( the race Mods of the parents must be at the exact spot in the load order as in you save)

Better remove all children ( you have the clean spell/Funktion) then start again with new children. ! And do not change your load order after the first child is Born !

If new children have pink bodies and missing eyes...I don't know what's going wrong.
