NPC textures and mesh in a separate folder?

I am searching for a way to have specific NPC Mesh,Sound and Textures in separate folders so they could be added to a mod in Skyrim

 

After some days of reserach,I still have know ideas how to do it?

Just create the folders and put them in it.
