SexoutNG handbook?

Ok Im doing a complete reinstall of New Vegas after my last hard drive crashed. Loaded the basic SexoutNG package and running SexoutPregnacy. I remember some time ago there was a Sexout Handbook along with Rapist Handbook and prostitute handbook (which I know has been removed). Currently only the Rapist handbook shows up and I no longer have the ability to set animation length, change voice default, std stats, etc.etc. Is there a new work around or do I have a legitimate error? ...or was there some obvious announcement regarding this that I missed. I did read through the tech support threads before posting this..please dont hate me.

SexoutNG uses MCM (The Mod Configuration Menu) to set all options now. The handbooks are meaningless.
