Query if already/can exist(s); Variety

A while ago, I heard about the possibility of a rather (in my opinion) desirable mod, and I am wondering if it has been made, or if plans were surrounding its production;

Variety..

Specifically, the variety in People. Not everyone has the same body shape or type, and I was wondering if this could be emphasized in a mod that did one, or two of a pair of things; Randomized/customized the models different NPCs were using (ex. unp and cbbe) and/or randomized/customized the Textures different NPCs were using (ex. Blessed body or mature woman)

 

If anyone has any notes to relate on the matter, or ideas on its production/existence, please let me know.

might be interesting once the armor changer is ready for release. Until then, it only works on... naked people for the most important part.
