Unusual Door Glitches

So I started a new game and everything was fine up until I reached Ivarstead.  Using the door at the Vilemyr Inn would cause the 3rd-person camera to quickly zoom in and out for about 2 seconds.  Activating the ring locks to the dragon claw door in the barrow while in 1st-person would cause my character to propel up against the door and even glitch through the door to the other side.  If doing this in 3rd-person and a follower is next to me, the follower will spaz as if the game does not know where she should be standing.

 

Tried removing all mods and systematically adding them to the game, but the glitches are still there.

Either I'm experiencing a rare game glitch or it's mod-related and it could be baked into my saves.

Before I proceed with a new game, does anyone know what is causing this and can I salvage my current playthrough?
