A question about texturing Effects on weapons.

I've been sorting through the various weapons I have (vanilla/modded), and I wanted to change the Bound weapon effects to other gradients and textures. But, since the Load Loose Files ability has disappeared from the initial Start/Play menu, I cannot find the way to change these gradients in the CK (or I've completely overlooked this in the Enchantment effects listing).

 

Maybe all my overtime work has made me brain-dead, but I'd like any info I can get on this (maybe even the right tutorial; I searched here, but probably didn't see what I wanted due to 4 hours sleep).

You don't need to worry about 'load loose files' or at least I haven't had to. Other than that I am a loss for working with the bound weapon effects.
