[Request/Idea] RaceMenu compatible Anime-Head

So I got this idea/request wich involves making a new femalehead.nif (compatible with RaceMenu). I'm thinking about an head wich looks anime-like (round and smooth) when all sliders are at 0. Is someone skilled enough or motivated enough? In my opinion an anime-like head is something like this:

Boy I wish I had a good knowledge base (or any at all) of model work for Skyrim. Your request sort of ties into an idea that I have also had for an 'anime' skyrim mod. I wonder if it is possible to make Skyrim look more like Borderlands.
