decapitations without killmoves possible?

The Idea:

would it be possible to make decapitations without killmoves combining the vanilla decapitation system and Deadly mutilation's system?

could it be tied in with the ''Deadly combat'' hit detection system?

 

Why:

1. Violens conflicts with some mods.

2. killmoves breaks fluidity of combat.

3. deadly mutilation conflicts with ALOT.

4. no gore no fun.

5. you could execute bound npcs without breaking animation.
