How to override from 1 mod into another w/ Tes5edit?

got navmesh conflicts w/ couple mods. this...

and this...
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33661/?

heard of a way to "deep overwrite" (or something) the settings from 1 mod into another. and then either you did not need a new esp, or you did need to make a new esp w/ the new settings. i dunno. why i'm askin lol.
so how to do this? thanks
