One thing stands out pretty quickly. Your load order is hosed. Download LOOT (http://loot.github.io/) and run it.

 

I also strongly recommend that you download the Unofficial Skyrim Patch (USKP) and the ones for Dragonborn and Dawnguard. They fix a lot of problems that are present in the vanilla game and make for a much more pleasant gaming experience. You can get USKP here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19/?. And you can link to the others from the description page. See if that helps any. If not, we can do some deeper digging into your game.

I'm looking into that error to see if I can find anything. But it seems that LOOT did run properly. Your load order looks much better.

 

Have you tried starting a new game to see if the errors persist? Or are you using an existing save?

i start new game after every change,i hunt for this CTD a long time already...

That's not a lot of mod you have there so they shouldn't stress the available resources which are required for fast travel. Can you provide your computer specs? To boost the Skyrim use these:

If you get CTD upon travel check MemoryBlocksLog.txt in Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins

If use use Skyrim Memory patch and your first memory block gets over 512 MB upon fast travel then it is the performance issue. Also check the second block which has limit of 256 MB.

By default/vanilla Skyrim both heap blocks got 256 MB, the Skyrim Memory Patch increases the first block from 256 MB to 512 MB.

 

If memory is not an issue then disable some script intensive mods SexLab Approach comes to mind. or resource coastful mods such as slaverun.

Lastly if you deactivated some mods from your game since you started a new game use Save cleaning tool you can find it on nexus, there is save cleaner and papyrus wrapper something like - called.

i looked into memory variant and checked memory blocks by program,all good.

my PC specs i7 980,nv 480,8 gb ram,win7 are very good configured to max performance and comfort,must be more than enough..no  hdd heavy programs such as antivirus , scyrim installed on SSD.

 

i will try some of your advices and post more.

try disabling free cam with sexlab, i know it bugged my game more than once.

(tho since the 1.59 update it's good for me)
