FNV - Forced into first person while aiming

I have been getting a strange but in NV recently. Whenever I try to aim in third person, I seem to be forced into first person. It is not the end of the world but I can see it being a little disorienting. Perspective changes, after all. On the off chance that someone else may have run into this, here I am in LL.

Does this occur with any other guns you have? Does it happen with just custom weapons? Never had that happen, but I've ran into some odd things with custom weapons because people didn't set them up right.

 

Your best bet would be to move your current saves to a temporary folder and start new with your mods disabled, or all related to weapons and associated files that are requirements until you can pinpoint the right one causing it.

Thing is: it is very recent problem. I do use custom weapons, from Weapons of the Millenia namely, but I started noticing it on "A Light Shining in Darkness" which a (vanilla) DLC weapon. I didn't have the problem until I downloaded Shogo Heavy Industries mod (and few other mod that aren't remotely connected to weapons). Maybe that's the problem. I really hope that isn't the problem.

 

NOTE: You might notice there are few "uniquely named" plugins. They are merged plugins, actually. Can that be the cause? I didn't merge any plugin that changed camera perspective, however.

Every weapon with a scope forces you into 1st person. Maybe you have a mod that adds (invisible) scopes to your weapons?

I doubt that.Well, maybe but... you tell ME! I am pretty sure I didn't get a mod that adds universal invisible scope of some kind. I did, however, have a mod called "Tactical Third Person Camera". I was interested if it was different than DynamiCamera. Needless to say, it was but it placed the camera so high that I had to hold "change view" button to see my character trying on armors. I decided to uninstall, then go back to Dynami. Then this happened. I suppose it's kind of my fault for installing a mod that hasn't been very well tested. But I am in this situation and I want out.

 

What I gathered is that it affects all saves. Regardless of which ones I load, all of them have it (not all of them technically just the recent ones and the earliest one).

 

EDIT: Now attempting without SHI and PPA.

EDIT2: It worked. Now pinpointing the problem.

 

EDIT3: Powered Power Armor was the culprit. I literally have no idea why. It's supposed to alter power armors, not FOV. Or perhaps it's Unified HUD that screwed up. I don't know. And this come as no shock to most people out there. There is hotfix in the mod page that says quote "This hotfix will prevent the switch from 3rd to 1st person when aiming, and restores binocular zoom." So I'll just... I am going now. May we not meet again until read up on things I am supposed to read. *shuts the door, pull his hood over and simply fades into the fog*
