Crashing when i try to make a female...

So I just redownloaded my copy of skyrim and got all these shiny new mods for it and stuff and now when I click the female selection in character creation my game hesitates and then crashes with out any explanation. I have run TESUtil and FNIS several times and they can neither one detect any problem so far as i can tell. Anyone out there familiar with this/ having these problems? Would love some troubleshooting advice.
