What Happened To My Saved Games?

I have no clue what happened here. I saved my game, quit playing for about fifteen minutes and came back to play again. The problem is the saved game that I saved is no longer in the load game menu plus an automatic autosave (my settings are manual saves). There's only one saved game in the load menu and it's from a way earlier save. I only had three saved games, now only that one is showing. So I check the filepath My Docs/My Games/FalloutNV/Saves, and all three saves are there. I'm not much of a computer genius so a little help on this issue would be much appreciated. How do the file names in your save folder end? The game can only read .fos files, if they end .nvse or .bak they need to be renamed.

The main save I was using ends in fos.tmp. Meaning an error occurred happened during the save I guess. I removed the .tmp but it just ends up in an indefinite loadscreen when I load that save.

Save is corrupted then since it appears it did not complete, go back to previous save unfortunatly.
