Hide armor meshes causes CTDs in Solitude - Makes no sense.

Earlier this week, I started a thread here trying to solve my CTD issues.

As seen from the thread, I've done everything possible, BOSS, LOOT, TES5SNIP, everything. Eventually, I resorted to disabling ALL mods and DLC and the result was still crashing when trying to load solitude's main cell.

 

Eventually, I painstakingly discovered that the crash came from a mesh folder. That does not make sense. Attached is the folder that is causing my crashes. The mods that change hide armor work for the rest of the game and I can see myself and NPCs wearing the armor without issue, but when I try to enter solitude with the meshes installed, I get a CTD. 

 

I need someone to look at the files and see what could have caused such a crash, I'm out of ideas.

Is this hide armor an armor replacer? The CTD can occur if an NPC in Solitude is wearing this armor but his body type is not compatible with this armor base body.
