Ok so i decided to make this thread for people who are noobs at installing mods, now im not saying I know the in's and out's of mods but yeh, also i did this because no matter what i do skse always give me the error code 1.

 

now for the mod pros or authers this isn't the case, however if you can shed some light in sure the mod noobs would appreciate it.

 

let me give you two examples:

 

example 1: skse works at first then messes up.

this method works and shows the MCM and skyui.

installation:

1: extract FNIS folder content to data folder directly

2: run FNIS and update FNIS behaviour

3: subscribe to skyui in steam workshop

4: run skse_1_07_01.exe

5: run skyrim (through skse_loader.exe) (doesn't matter if I run as admin or not, same effect)

this does work till i add mods like:

6:extract sexlab frameworks v159

7: run FNIS (checking the gender specific animations and skeleton arm fix boxes) and updating FNIS

8: extract sexlabs defeat v5.3.3fixed

9: run FNIS (with boxes still checked) update FNIS

then the error code 1 comes up

 

example 2: skse doesn't work.

installation:

1: extract FNIS and update its behaviours

2: extract skse data folder to skyrim data folder (merge them)

3: extract skyui to data folder

4: run skyrim (through skse_loader.exe) (doesn't matter if I run as admin, same effect)

then i get the error code.

 

so what do you guys think? Mistake in mod installation or new skse update needed?
