Skyrim crashes when exiting to desktop

Playing Skyrim with no problems but it crashes when I exit the game. Is this a memory issue? A mod conflict issue?

Help me please ! My Skyrim always crash when I travel to another locations and walking or fighting about 5 minutes ... Does anyone know how to fix it ? (I installed more than 200 mods)

4 GB RAM (Crucial)

3,8 GB Graphic card Memory (Gigabyte NVIDIA 430)
Intel core i3

Astarte: ignore it.

 

 

Windy: your graphics card (if it's GeForce GT 430) is very weak. I don't believe it has 3.8 GB of VRAM.

You didn't give any details, so it's impossible to find a solution. You can try: removing ENB, uninstalling high(er) quality textures and/or meshes.

crash on exit i used to get with an older version of hdt. Are you using the mempatch from 1.7 and higher skse ? if so how is skse.ini set ??

I've been trying to find the cause of CTD on exit for a while. About the only thing I've managed to discover is there's some kind of interaction between Dawnguard and my other mods. As in, CTD on exit only occurs when I enable Dawnguard.

I've been looking at other peoples logfiles and noticed the CTD on exit seems really really common. Thus probably can't be ignored.

I hope this is the right place to ask this. I do not crash on exit but when I try to exit, the game simply freezes and I have to terminate the process in task manager. The same thing happens when I use the "qqq" command. This only started fairly recently, perhaps with the installation of the latest version of SKSE. I have none of the DLCs and the game runs pretty well considering the age of my rig and the outdated OS. That is literally the only problem I am having. Any suggestions would be welcome. I posted this on the Nexus forums but it will get pushed off the front page soon. My load order is:

That log appears to be riddled with errors which seem to be primarily related to a mod I have been using forever called Stupidly Simple Mining which lets you mine instantly by clicking on the ore, with no need for a pickaxe.
