lolicatgirls9 Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 I remember a while back seeing an Oblivion screenshot that showed a bunch of female characters in towels at a public bath. There was a sort of oriental style to the area. I actually had the picture, but I don't know what the hell I did with it, making this more difficult. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
Triratna Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 yakumo isle. Probably modded with several NPC added with AI schedule packages.
lolicatgirls9 Posted January 28, 2012 Author Posted January 28, 2012 Hm, that's not quite it. It was more of a pool/bath than a hot spring. I think I remember it having the same atmosphere as Cameron's Paradise.
lolicatgirls9 Posted January 29, 2012 Author Posted January 29, 2012 Nope, that's not it either. The bath in this one was outside.
astymma Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Nope' date=' that's not it either. The bath in this one was outside. [/quote'] Hmm was gonna mention the public baths from bananasplit's better cities but they weren't outside either. There's a waterfall shower as part of Zefaro, Amaterasu no Yume has a good bathhouse and waterfall bathing... but you may be thinking of Yakumo Isle.
Triratna Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 My PC took bath everywhere on tamriel rivers. Of course it's nicer to have bath on owned house, ..no mud crabs.

lolicatgirls9 Posted February 1, 2012 Author Posted February 1, 2012 Hmm, it's not Amaterasu no Yume or Zefaro... Man, this would be so much easier if I could just find that damn picture with all the girls at the bath in towels.

mundaneunspeakable Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 RYK has a version of the outdoor onsen as well.

This sort of looks like it, but I can't tell, because it doesn't seem to be working...
astymma Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 This sort of looks like it' date=' but I can't tell, because it doesn't seem to be working... [/quote'] That looks like you have your fade settings at minimum for water. Raise all your water settings a little higher in preferences.
lolicatgirls9 Posted February 5, 2012 Author Posted February 5, 2012 Actually, all my fade settings are at maximum, as is water detail.
astymma Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Actually' date=' all my fade settings are at maximum, as is water detail. [/quote'] Hmm, maybe run tes4lodgen? At the very least, if it bombs, you'll know where the problem is.
lolicatgirls9 Posted February 8, 2012 Author Posted February 8, 2012 That didn't help either... like, the water is not even there. I need to check this out in TES4Edit.

lolicatgirls9 Posted February 17, 2012 Author Posted February 17, 2012 I'm seeing lots of conflicts with, of all things, the Unofficial Oblivion Patch, in Worldspace Tamriel, Block (0,1), Sub-Block (1,4), 000044F5 Gnoll Mountain, which is where I assume the bath area is. The only other conflicts are some crap with the IC Market, but that's none of my concern right now.

[/quote'] Yeah, I think that mod makes massive landscape alterations and removes/hides/deletes a lot of flora and rocks. In the case of a mod that makes a lot of changes like that, it's generally best to let it override UOP. UOP's only intent is to fix vanilla issues, if you're replacing vanilla with something different, no need for UOP to fix it.
lolicatgirls9 Posted February 17, 2012 Author Posted February 17, 2012 So would I have to uninstall UOP?
astymma Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 So would I have to uninstall UOP? Oh, no, I wouldn't... I would normally just go into TES4Edit and make the two work together nicely. One easy way is to just remove the cell edits UoP makes that overlap with the edits the bath mod makes. The harder method is to drag and drop data elements from each record back and forth to make them co-exist peacefully so you get a mix of both if there are aspects you want from both.
astymma Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 I'm going to go ahead and install the mod so I can give you more specific advice about compatability with UoP.
