I don't know how many people will see this. But I fixed this issue pretty easily. 
When I first installed the FNIS I already had SexLab and ZazAnimations running as a mod. Which left me with no animations. So I shut off the mods (I'm using the Nexus Mod Manager) and once they were off, I reran the behaviour setup for FNIS.
This elicited no errors. So I turned the SexLab and ZazAnimations on. And boom It all works fine with no issues. 

Which makes sense considering one of the conditional mods (at least in game) to run Sex Lab is FNIS. 

I hope this fixes the issue for some of you.

I have Sex Labs Light installed, and when sex is initiated via dialogue, the screen only fades to black and then fades back to normal.  Which seems to imply that the scene was "censored" out.  
I also started FNIS and the animations installed successfully.  I have the following output:

Actually, I see that the scenes work when using Matchmaker.  There's a dialogue menu option which mentions something about going somewhere private, but I am not sure where that is coming from.  I did have Flower girls installed at one point, but decided to use Sex Labs Light v 0.1.1 instead.

It would be better to ask this in the SE section. And probably it would be better to use Sexlab 1.63 instead of light.
