Breast/Butt size

I was wondering if there was a mod out there for New Vegas that is like a slider for breast and butt, and if there is, could it work with a custom race?  Daughters of Ares perhaps?  If it doesn't exist, why?  I know it's possible, because practically any mod is possible to make, it depends on how much work somebody is willing to do.   For the record, my goal isn't to get bigger breasts and butts, it's to get it smaller.  Anyway, thanks for any responses in advance.

Basically, currently No, which is a good reason to have a go at it yourself.

Because unlike Skyrim there's no default option for such things. But just about every size is available.
