The dress at least looks like a conversion of one of the "Tona's mod store" pieces from oblivion. along the lines of: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=7739 Different boots though and lacking some of the things. No idea on the sword.

When I seach tesnexus mod descriptions for my username there, it's in the credits of 3 pages of mods, another page of mods if I search for "Author name contains". Nowhere near what others do but I bet more than you. Only 3 mods carry credits to me on skyrim nexus so far but then it's a pretty new game.
