Body Jewelry with BNB support?

So I got this idea in my head, I want to make the Body Jewelry mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35170/?) compatible with the BNB physics.

 

I know how to make the type 3 body compatible with the BNB physics but I don't know how to make the jewelry the same. Right now its ok the way it is but because the body is BNB enabled but the piercing is not it has the appearance of drifting in and out of the nipple. I am hoping that if the jewelry were set up to work with BNB then piercing would move WITH the nipple.

 

I do all of my modeling work either in NifScope or Blender 2.49 so help referencing those programs would be appreciated. Actually any and all help would be appreciated.

i use Kaws body jewelry http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/47951/?, its made for bnb, maybe break it down in nifscope?
