Staves animation

I just made a Tera inspired character.. the armor is from Tera, the build is similar to Tera priest class and besides the "non-lore friendly" thing is the first time I'm pretty happy about my character, but there is one thing I just can't stand: staves animation. The combat idle sucks, the walking idle sucks, the standing idle sucks.... my eyes just can't stand it. 

I'm still searching but I can't find anything good, I was hoping for something like this: http://sadpanda.us/images/922374-1S6AOI7.gif not exactly the same posture but the way she hold the staff is kinda good to me.

Can anyone help me? >w<
