What mod caused this bizarre event?

I returned to FNV last night, complete fresh install of the games and mods. I only installed a few base Sexout mods, but this happened...

 

I went to the Primm bar as you do at the beginning of the game... I was talking to the old dude, ended the conversation, walked away... next thing the screen goes black and I'm outside the back strung up naked upside-down getting whipped by the old lady that works there. It was quite amusing yeah, but I had no idea what caused it, as I'm sure I don't have mods that cause that type of event.... or do I?

I think this event is part of "SexoutSoliciting".

Ah that might be the culprit, I thought that mod was dialogue driven.

That I know of, Sexout Soliciting has no such event.

Is part of the Primm component of the mod, but I think it only acivate if you have sex with Jonhson Nash (old man in charge of Couriers Office). Then his wife, Ruby Nash, take your character out of the casino building and hangs you with some S&M animation.
