Loverslab animations not starting

I use a CBBE body and everytime i got into the "phase" the soldier will stand away from me. If I push O he will move around me or ontop of me but remain standing. It says I ran the animation and I have come all over the player, also SOS is working, everything works but the actual animation. 

 

Edit: I had it work once when I woke up and my follower actual did cow girl on me but it only happened once.

  PCEA causes my character to do the floating thing with my arms at my side.
