I wanted to add in realENB and it would CTD on game startup. I removed Skyirm completely and reinstalled with the character and realENB mods only. I can load/create games but I cannot go into the wild or leave a building to get into town. It will go to the load screen and ctd there.

It looks like you didn't actually get everything out when uninstalling Skyrim and before re-installing it. Your log says it's looking for stuff that isn't there, and that shouldn't be happening if everything was actually removed.

 

That's what it looks like to me anyway.

Try using the Unofficial series of patches - should clear up the papyrus log

 

As for CTD going outside, I'd remove (one at a time):

Grass on Steroids

Static Mesh Improvement Mod

Pure Waters

Moss Rocks

Skyrim Flora Overhaul

 

until you could go out.

 

BTW, the advice BOSS is giving you about dirty edits is sound, and includes a link to show you how to clean them. Just be sure to go to the mod authors site first to find out if the edit was intentional. In that case only, leave it intact.

Okay, i had uninstalled everything related to skyrim and redid it. The ENB worked but when I added the character model mods, the same problems happen. I cant leave rooms or go outdoors.

 

I also cleaned every mod so there are no dirty edits.

Seriously, that mod gives LOTS of people issues. Try uninstalling it then going outside.
