Blackbryre Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Hello everyone. Just thought I'd post the link for this year's Humble Indie Bundle. If you're unfamiliar with what it is, it's a bundle of indie games that essentially raise money for charity. While the price of the bundle is set at suggested levels, you can pay anything for it. Charities that receive funds from it include American Red Cross, and Child's Play (giving gaming to disabled or infirm children in hospitals). In my opinion, the bundle usually includes some very polished indie titles that hold a lot of appeal to old school gamers. The games claim to all be cross platform, and can function with or without Steam access. They are also DRM free. Personally, I think this is a great idea, and will use this to take care of a portion of my Christmas shopping Here's the link: http://www.humblebundle.com/ Also, here's a link to a similar charity bundle: http://www.getgamesgo.com/little-big-bunch
HanPL Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Well it's worth buying even if you don't plan to play those games. For example now with steam event there are quite few games from bundle needed to unlock achivs.
