A mod to give all npcs lootable underwear?

Most of the underwear mods i found seem to be wearable items for the player only, I'd like to have a mod that gives all npcs underwear that can be taken off.  I really am not a fan of dead naked ragdolls :/

This mods gives all npc undergarments, but for some reason the undergarments using the place of the body armour, atleast for me. I don't know if others have this issue.

I was working on a mod that do that, still is beta but everyone who have a armor gets a panty, i change the outfits files, i put a hold on the mod because i was waiting for the new tbbp chrono armors and bodyslide 2, if you want the beta send a pm and i send to you.
