walk and run animations

Hello all,

I would like to know if it's possible to change the walk and run animations just for the player.

I know you can change the animations in the "meshes" dir in the "animations" with the "HKX" files but these files affect my chara but also all the pnj in the game.

anybody have an idea? does i need to create a mod?

Is it difficult to create this kind of mod?
