Where did i do it wrong?

First of all, sorry if my english is very bad it not my main language

So in my First Saved, when i play until i finished breaking the siege of kvatch quest i always get crash when need to fast travel, so i start my second saved, now the game keep crashing when i entering cave or dungeon.

Well. hard to say.

If. Do crashes always occur when loading a new location?

- Some element of the player’s body or clothing (model errors)
- Very rare, companion package

it could be deleted mods that left NPC or other references in the world.   I once deleted a mod in which a companion NPC was waiting in front of Anvil. I could no longer travel near Anvil. The companion was still in my save. Even the Brina Cross Inn was too close and the game crashed.

 

A changed load order can crash your game.

 

If you use TES4LODGen and change your load order you have to run TES4LODGen again or your game can crash right after fast travel.

Save often.  Always remember when you change something so that you can undo it if it doesn't work.

After you have changed something (e.g. changed the load order) It's always good to do a clean save.  Go into a unchanged vanilla cell, then wait 3 full days (wait function) , In this way, everything that is no longer needed is deleted (respawning NPCs and items)  .  Then save. Quit the game to clear the memory.  Then start the game and load the clean save.

This often eliminates stuttering and crashes after making changes.

 

And to avoid breaking the game, never load a save in the game. Always quit the game  and then start and load. Bugs can be in the memory (RAM ) and the bugs are not gone if you load an old save in game, you will copy and save the bug in the next save you create.

Loading saves in the game is the best way to corrupt your saves !!! Never do it.
