Is there a mod that incorporates wicked whims into the game?

Basically I'm looking for a reason too use wicked whims other then just when I feel like it like requiring sex multiple times a day or once sort of thing an incentive for my sims too actually engage in sex

There is no mod that gives your Sims incentive to have sex besides WickedWhims and probably Wicked Perversions. However, I understand what you mean. WickedWhims has Sims able to build up "Desire" the more they flirt with a Sim. This goes on for long enough, said Sims can get the "Intense Lust" moodlet. This moodlet, even if the Sims are not in an Uncomfortable state, is one of my reasons for Sims to engage in sex or if not available, masturbation.

 

For my game, I've set a lot of rules for myself. One of them is if any one of my Sims are in the Flirty emotion (especially Very Flirty), they have to have sex until the moodlet(s) making them flirty end. There's also the Horny trait by YourFalseHope linked here. Essentially, I treat the Flirty emotion to mean "Horny". If a Sim has Flirty moodlets on, but is still in another emotion, sex does not occur. While Sims are having sex, they're affected by the Sex moodlet that comes with WickedWhims (though this can be disabled). For me, sex lasts until the next moodlets in the bar are not Flirty ones. Meaning when you plan for the sexual encounter to end, you know your Sim(s) are not going to be Flirty. 

 

Besides causing Flirty moodlets, the Horny trait makes it so that if a male Sim goes without sex for too long, he'll get a boner for about 4 hours, in my game, at least, causing an Uncomfortable moodlet. For females, they get really wet. There are no visual indicators of this, however, but these could be good roleplaying reasons for why your Sims should have sex. The trait is listed as a gameplay trait, so adding it won't count towards your CAS traits.
