There is no simple way, because the position of the bow nodes (the starting position of the arrow) is not known.
When such animation is done, just like with a book, for example, the leaf transformation keys are indicated in the animation, but this bone is not in the actor’s skedette, it is only in the book or bow model.
Therefore, it is not clear how these dummy bones are located in
  Skyrim and how to change them while waiting for Oblivion in the bow model.

Simply, I was making an animation for a pilum (like a bow) - a sports animation, and nowhere in the animations was there information about the initial positions of the arrow (pilum)...
Oblivion developers are disgusting assholes...
