I Need some help with Blender....PLEASE!!! :)

Hey Guys/Gals I am trying to figure a few things out with Blender, Like I can get my armor conversions into game but I have 2 major issues.

 

1: I can't get the weight slider to work without the armor blowing up in between weights.

 

2: when converting armors I come across some files I am not sure how to approach with Blender, like I am trying to Convert the  Lady Body Dark Queen outfit to the Se7enBase body & I am not sure what I need to do with 1stpersonLBQueenBody_0 & the 1stpersonLBQueenBody_1, I get this blackness in my Body textures & I am not sure how to fix it.
