NPC Neck seam gap (weight or weight slider edit?)

Hi everyone, i come to you with another neck gap issue...

I tried to find the solution through many other topics but i couldn't solve my problem yet.

As you can see on this picture :

I have a serious problem of neck gap on my NPC Serena.

I'm currently using these mods:

Serana's Head : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37861/?

Body : UNPB http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37900/?tab=2&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D37900&pUp=1

Texture : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35267/?

Armor : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25846//?

So i know it is because of the NPC Weight that i changed. Her weight is currently set to 100, but the thing is that i'd like to get rid of the neck gap but keeping her modified weight.

It seems that this problem is caused by her original weight which remain the same in the game save.

So i tried to changed her original weight to 100 using NPC Editor but unfortunately i couldn't find serana in it (???) and then by using the CK, but still even when i "create a new mod" with her weight as 100, it doesn't seems to work. I've never used CK before so i'm not sure how to use it well....

Also, i noticed that when i use the "UNP Top Model" body mod ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41051//? ), i can get rid of the this neck gap, because this body is using a special weight slider that only changer the size of the breast ( what i'm actually looking for when i change her weight value),

(yeah i know there is still a neck seam) but of course it works only when the NPC stay naked, and not when wearring any armor that are made for the standard UNPB body, which is not what i'm looking for. So i thought maybe i could use a body slider to modified the armor or the UNPB body to make only the breast size change when i modify the npc's weight value by using this UNP Slider : http://www.loverslab.com/topic/11468-bodyslide-unp-v04-30-sliders/ but i have no idea how it does really works, even if i tried.... and if i'm suppose to modify the weight slider of the body or of the armor?

So please, i'm asking for your help, could you explain me how to really apply one of these solution or give me a new one? ^^

Thanks and sorry for my english, i'm not a native speaker.

If you change the weight of an NPC you always have to start a new game because the save file you use stores the npc's data weight to its data.Try making a new game and call Serana with console command and having your edited by ck serana esp activated.I 'm almost certain that the neck shim will be gone! Also keep in mind that even if you change the npc's weight in game with console command and save again, next time you reload your last save file, the neck shim will be there waiting for you.You have to make a new game unfortunatelly :(

I found out that on the weight if you go 100 then gap goes away. Lower numbers it gets worse,

Try

player.setnpcweight 100

it works for mine.

Another after thought. Once fixed do the wait so the autosave can save the fixed version. No need to make new game,

Also playing around i found you can use numbers bigger than 100. try

(npc Id).setnpcweight 150 it might close the gap.

I just tested on player but it should work with npc.

Does it make her body heavier, I mean fatter? I want my female PC to stay fit and slim.

I get a similar issue now and then with new characters, and have found a fix that works for me. Change the Neck length. When I run into the problem as shown in the OP screenshots, the neck length slider available in Enhanced Character Edit (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12951/?) fixes it.

Of course that's just with my specific install, others may not have the same luck, but it's another thing to try.
