Fallout 4, CBBE Body, Breast bounce problem - might someone please help?

I'm asking for a friend and myself, please can someone reply with a brief mod list and things that need to be done to get Breast/Butt jiggle to work on a CBBE body?

 

This is what I believed is needed:

1. Caliente's Beautiful Bodies
2. Bodyslide
3. 3BBB Physics (CBBE - TWB) 
4. MTM 3BBB CBP OCBP OCBPC Physics Preset 
5. Zex Skeleton
6. Discrete FS Skeleton  

 

But my pal can't get bouncing boobs.  The clothes work, the body does not.  Now, I've been trying to assist from a distance but it's clear I am missing a stage, or not getting something right. 

 

I'd be most grateful for a quick list "Dummies" guide.  We are using MO2.
