Help finding a problem mod

Need help find out which mod I'm using is causing the graphics glitches in the screenshot provided. The area the glitch/whatever is just west of Whiterun on top of Bleakwind Basin and extending west and south some.I'll post a load order if someone could please remind how to do the spoiler thing. I tried saving my game near the area that way I disable a mod and load the save to see if that fixed. Damn whatever it is fucked with my save and now I have to start yet another new game cause after saving the game in the area when i tried to load the save game Skyrim basically just hung up and stopped. I know something happened to the save cause I click to load the save and then I'm stuck on the loading screen for up to 8 minutes before I use the Alt + Tab to get out of Skyrim so i can close the process down.

Kk thanks. This is my current active mod load order. Have a few turned off cause I was tired of fighting any bugs in the mods to play Skyrim at all. Fucking save file shitting out has happened multiple times to me. Playing the game an decided to uninstall one of the mods I was using. I uninstalled the mod and the save file then refused to load period. Like I stated with this glitch. I'd select toload the file and Skyrim would hang up on the loading screen. This time the save files craps out on my just by saving in this area. Like in the screen shot not only are there what seems to be bits and pieces of some mountain just hanging in the area but theres giant tears in the ground underneath.

Open the console and click on the cliff there and it should give you an object ID. The first 2 digits is the same as the 2 digits in the mod order (hexadecimal). Once it is selected you can also type disable or delete to get rid of it (delete won't happen until the cell is reloaded).

Never understood that hexidecimal stuff. Went to the area again and clicked on it during the console command. If the first 2 digits do go to the mod in the load order then its http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26940 thats fucking with the area west of Whiterun since every floating piece i could see always started with 7e every single time.

They probably added something to that area by mistake. Clicking on it in the console so the ID number shows up and using either the disable or delete command will get rid of it. I would try the disable command first as with delete you need to go to another cell and enter pcb (purge cell buffer) so it will reload the next time you go there. Otherwise you would need to figure out the cell # and remove it from the mod with TESV5edit.

Looks like I have to do yet another complete reinstall of Skyrim. 3-4 hours to download and install through steam plus over 3 hours of readding mods. Just turned off the Lost Cliffs and found huge land tears where I was was getting the floating/missing shit and according to the hexidecimal numbers its Skyrim.esm thats causing it. Guess don't need to do a reinstall. Tried turning off every mod except the DLC and the unooficial patches and everything is fine. Guess I have to turn on one mod at a time and find out exactly whats causing the land tearing. Spent around 2 hours reloading an early save and fast traveling to Bleakwind basin each time I turned off a single mod. Turns out http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=120349980 is what was causing all the tearing. So sad when a good mod fucks with a game in any way. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=120349980 is an awesome mod but a major movement speed bug the author never plans on fixing pretty much kills it off. Claims the bug is just when you get hit with frost damage and your movement speed is changed permanently. That movement speed bug that slowed you down by 95% actually happened more when traveling around lol. Player.setav speedmult wouldn't do this and neither did the Pounce n Dash mod suggested to crap fix the bug.
